Where Families with Special Needs Children Are Our Only Business
Why Our Law Firm?
Our practice only involves issues of families with special needs children children. We do not have a general practice that covers everything; for example, auto accidents, business litigation, medical malpractice are not our business; again, our business is families and children. We know our subject matter and we have many years of litigation & hearing experience. We know how to present your case and advocate on behalf of your family. We keep our overall fees lower than most other law firms by managing our overhead and simply having a mission of making legal services more affordable. What also differentiates our law firm is our approach of making the client a "partner" in achieving success, through on-going communciation with the client and educating the client about the process and the law.
Additionally, as children are at the center of our work, we often visit the family and the child at the parent's home to initally discuss the case; this unique involvement personalizes the case for our legal team.
Remember, our business is families and your child's success is our success.
